Community

Junior League of Pueblo has addressed many important community needs, which may be League-conceived service programs or projects in cooperation with other community organizations. JL of Pueblo is committed to fulfilling the needs of the child in the areas of literacy, health and nutrition, and basic survival needs.

The Junior League of Pueblo had some great opportunities this past year to impact the lives of 4,890 young boys and girls in Pueblo County. JL of Pueblo continues to host their signature events Touch-a-Truck, Kids in the Kitchen, Fit-4-Fun and recently introduced Holiday with Heroes.  The League also participates in various partnering community events that include the Pueblo Chieftain’s Adopt-a-Classroom, Pueblo City-County Library District’s All Pueblo Reads, Salvation Army’s Christmas Assistance Program and CSU-Pueblo’s Let’s Move event during the League year.
